Our staff will assist you in scheduling your consultation or treatment program to
best accommodate your schedule and our coordinator will contact you by phone or
e-mail one to three days in advance to re-confirm your appointment . Your appointment
time is exclusively reserved for you. As a courtesy to our staff and other
patients, please give us 48 hour notice if you must reschedule an appointment.
Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure
that all administration details can be taken care of prior to your scheduled treatment
time. Arriving late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment
in order to prevent delays for other patients. Complementary beverages are available
in our comfortable and private patient waiting area.
We request that you turn off all pagers and cell phones during your visit to our
clinic as a courtesy to our staff and other patients. We also request that
in general you not bring children with you at the time of your appointment or that
you arrange for childcare for children under the age of 12 brought along to
our clinic.
Please note that payment must be made at the time of purchase. Payment in cash or
by cheque can not be accepted for security reasons however payment can be made by
Visa, Master Card, American Express or Bank Debit Card.
